Weather Cancellation Policy

We are now rolling in a season that may have wild weather.

There may be several reasons to cancel/postpone sessions. Lightening and Thunder are an automatic stop for safety. Extreme heat with a relative humidity that will put us in the red zone, would be a judgement call.

In general, we rely on predictive weather models, like radar, to make weather related choices. Mon, Wed and Thurs we will post on Facebook and send a push notification by 4p. On Tues this will be done by 2:30p due to admin schedule.

Canceled sessions will be added to the end of the season. We do not like to cancel. Our goal is always participant safety.
